3. Scope of Services

We provide account management, cataloging, advertising, and compliance services. We act as your authorized representative to manage these functions on your behalf, subject to the permissions you grant us.

4. No Guarantees & Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Sales & Performance: While we employ best practices and expert strategies, we do not and cannot guarantee specific sales figures, profit margins, or ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sales) targets, as these are influenced by market dynamics beyond our control.
  • Account Reinstatement: For compliance and appeals services, we draft Plans of Action (POA) based on our expertise. However, the final decision to reinstate an account or listing rests solely with the marketplace (e.g., Amazon Seller Performance Team). We do not guarantee reinstatement.

5. Client Responsibilities

You represent that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to sell the products you list.
  • Your products comply with all applicable laws and marketplace policies (e.g., no counterfeit goods, no restricted items).
  • You will provide accurate information and timely access to necessary accounts/data.

6. Confidentiality & Data Protection

We adhere to strict confidentiality obligations. We will not share your proprietary business data (sales, sourcing, strategies) with third parties. Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy and is aligned with Amazon's Data Protection Policy (DPP).

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EcomSarthi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from the use of our services or marketplace actions (e.g., account suspensions).
